Please see photos. Little is known about Hal Garrott, but he did write this title and Squiffer (1924). Both are fantastical fairy tales intended for children designed by better known Dugald Stewart Walker. Walker was a prominent early 20th century illustrator and known for his ethereal and fantasy based illustrations.

It is missing one color plate which should be at page 46 and the outside bottom edge has been lost at pp31/32, but not affecting any text. The binding is tight with hinges intact. *Inscribed to Mrs.Charles A.
