First printing (per publisher's requisite statement upon copyright page). xiv, 426 pages. Hardcover: H 21.75cm x L 14.75cm. Dust jacket rubbed, mild soiling to front panel and spine, strong soiling to white rear panel, some shallow chipping and tears, strong crease at front flap top corner with bottom corner clipped. Dark red cloth with black spine lettering, spine ends lightly bumped. Some toning to endpapers. Interior pages are clean. Binding retains some crispness. A very good+ copy in a good+ dust jacket.
