    Hardcover. pp. xiii, 277. 8vo. Maroon cloth boards with gilt lettering to spine and front board. Black and white photographic frontispiece with 88 additional photographs, illustrations and drawings depicting a variety of ailments, solutions, tools and photographs of soldiers in rehabilitation. Extremities rubbed, slight fraying to the spine ends, the text-block and binding remains tight, and sound. Small bookseller's stamp affixed to the corner of the front pastedown otherwise the contents remain remarkably clean and unmarked. Overall, very good. Exceptionally scarce, at time of cataloguing there were no original copies of this title available on the market. OCLC #559319640. WorldCat indicates only one copy amongst institutional holdings.
