Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Poor. 1st Edition. Printed photographic boards. Rubbed to spine ends, with 1-2cm tears along edges. (Exterior only; gutter intact.) Name and bookseller's stamp to f.f.e. Minor foxing. Interior clean, bright and unmarked. Dust jacket lacking spine and back panel.
