Overall, this copy is in decent condition with moderate wear to the extremities. As with most Raphael Tuck publications, this book is not dated, but it is numbered "No. 814" on the title page. A nice, solid copy of this wonderful book.

The cover is laminated paper affixed to linen pages, and the paper is peeling up, lots of chipping and missing pieces, including part of the title, most of the spine, and a large section on the back near the spine. Soiled, stained, and creased. Linen pages have gone a little transparent with age but are still readable. Light fraying to edges. Small dark stain to lower corners. Initials written in ink on the last page. Color lithographs are bright. Stapled binding is loose due to frayed linen, but everything is still attached. Size: 4to - over 9 3/4 in - 12 in Tall.
