Still in original glassine wrapper: the wrapper itself is a little shelf worn and creased on the inner front flap. The R S Surtees Society is dedicated to reprinting the novels of Robert Smith Surtees (1805-1864). They describe Surtees as "England's greatest novelist of the hunting field".
