hard cover, dust jacket, EX-LIBRARY COPY, red cloth, 578pp, comprising four of the author's books-Serve it Forth, Consider the Oyster, The Gastronomical Me and An Alphabet for Gourmets: library stamps to front endpaper, title page and last page of text, previous owner's name and embossed stamp to front free endpaper, pages are all very clean, rear hinge is a little loose but holding, jacket is clean with minimal amount of chipping, now in a protective removable plastic sleeve, overall in good to very good condition in very good dust jacket.
