Hardcover. Condition: Good. 1st Edition. xxxix + 587 pages. Strong but rather fox-spotted pages, especially the first few, but throughout. Wide margins to paper. In early 20th century plain green cloth hardcover binding with all edges gilt. University ex-library stamps on blanks before title and front endpapers only, spine sticker shadow of removed label. the book was never circulated and probably remains unread. The first edition. In the French language.
