The jacket is edgeworn and lightly tanned, but still largely intact. Contains fairy tales and fables, stories of saints, and stories of Jesus and Mary. Includes selections by G.K. Chesterton ("The Song of the Children"), Hilaire Belloc ("The Crocodile," "The Python," and "Matilda"), and Oscar Wilde ("The Selfish Giant"), among many others. Illustrated by Mae Gerhard.
