Condition is good: covers with much patina but still sturdy and supple. Interior has ownership marking of 1915 but no other writing, some occasional smudges. Pages are supple and the quality of paper is excellent. A very scarce World War I pamphlet. WorldCat locates 5 copies (#42964759). None for sale at time of listing. American author goes into Germany to report. He learns the German people seem not at all put out by war and show all signs of thriving. He is likewise impressed by their efficient military.
