Hardcover. Condition: Near Fine. No Jacket. Photographs (illustrator). Very gently read. Interior text block is clean and unmarked, excepting previous owners bookplate to the verso of the front board, a newspaper clipping regarding the author's retirement and the errata sheet stapled to the ffep, and an obituary of a contemporary is taped to the rear board. Clean red boards with black ink titles to spine and image to front board, bit bumped and rubbed to extremities, with minor shelf wear to show. Without dustjackt. (as issued?) Extremely scarce in any condition. A brief history of Home Economics in Canada, covering six of the sixteen institutions offering degree's at the time.
