Rubáiyát over 159 pages carrying the 101 quatrains of Edward FitzGerald's version enriched with 12 full-page single-sided colour illustrations on coated art paper by Blanche MacManus, including tissue frontispiece. Two lengthy ink messages dated 1921 and 1944 to the front end sheet, page 158 with circular piece of paper missing to the fore edge when cut, not affecting any text, stains and marks to the covers. These illustrations are completely different to those which appear in the trade edition published by The De La More Press during the 1920's. Extremely rare edition of Rubáiyát. Member of the P.B.F.A.
