Front cover has price sticker scar, bottom corner of pages (44-47) appear to have stuck together, also evidence of use p11, otherwise clean and well bound. The ideas in this bo…ok came from bakers, culinary instructors, chefs and home cooks. The treats may be simple or sophisticated, easy to make or mysteriously difficult (try to master the perfect Chinese almond cookie!), but they are all distinctly Hawaiian and very delicious. With colour photo illustrations throughout.
