There is also some bumping and bruising to the cover corners and edges. There is considerable ageing to the inside front and back covers, and some page ageing throughout. It has clearly been a much loved and used book for its age. Appears scarce as a first edition. (See pictures). The book contains the poems: "Venus and Adonis", "Lucrece", "The Passionate Pilgrim", "Sonnets to Sundry Notes of Music", and "The Phoenix and Turtle".
