Soft cover. Condition: Fair. Translated from the unpublished German original by Adele Luxenberg (Leipsic). Original printed staple-bound wraps 16x24cm, pp375-399. The author's name has been misspelt to the first page. Academic inscription dated 19 VII 1924 to the inner front wrap. Ex-library copy with numbers to front wrap, and…stamps to first page. Lower wrap tipped on to pink card. Tear along spine fold. Pages lightly tanned and creased. One fore-edge partially uncut. Rare with Worldcat locating on the University of Strasbourg, not recorded on Library Hub. This describes the Maniza (or Suomi) tribe, and its poetry (The Festival of the Bear and the plays, touching on hunting, life and farces, character comedies, psychological and mythological plays).
