Among the contents of this issue are an obituary of Russian-born conductor Issay Dobrowen, a biographical sketch, a discography by Robert Kurtzberg and an appreciation by Joan Ingpen. There is also a six-page conversation with Sir Thomas Beecham by Lord Robert Boothby.
