It's an unusual novel, written (interior) from an Italy hotel-room, by a protagonist who is very sick and facing death, writing about his travel. Fine-looking, structurally sound hardcover, little discernible wear, bright interior, unmarked. Bright and shiny dust jacket, illustrated, little worn but for a bit of furling to top of rear flap inner and ding to rear upper tip.
