Soft cover. Condition: Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Part one only of four. 16 fine coloured plates by G M Henry with a page of descriptive text by W E Wait. Original wrappers repaired , minor marginal creasing to two plates but generally good to very good.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. No Jacket. 1st Edition. 1927 - 1935 , 64 fine coloured plates from paintings by George M Henry, each plate accompanied by a short text by W E Wait , Bound in a local binding of black cloth, coloured end papers. Some toning to the pages, some damp staining to the rear end papers which slightly touches the margin of the final coloured plate. Title pages to each part bound in. A good copy of this attractive series of bird paintings by George Henry an artist who spent much of his working life in Sri Lanka.
