Dwiggins decorations include the title-page (signed WAD at lower left), wreath designs on each divisional half-title, headpieces on pp. 3 and 97, and decorative designs for the running heads. Original turquoise cloth. Elaborate gilt decorations on the cover and spine are still bright and shiny. Top edge gilt. "Published October 1914" is so stated on the copyright page.
