First printing (complete number line) large hardcover in excellent, unmarked condition (slight handling, mild bumps of the upper corner tips), WITH ONE EXCEPTION: a 6x9cm piece of p. 181/182 has been neatly removed, with a business card taped into the void (thereby affecting two images). The dust jacket is poor with a well-worn upper spine, a 10cm tear near on the front panel.
