This interesting and unique magazine is full of historic photos and articles of the famous XIT Ranch and the people who made it and keep it going. It contains many articles about the history of Texas and its pioneer cattle raisers and it's cowboys. It is very uncommon to find these two publications bound in a fine, bright, unblemished hard cover book. This leads us to surmise this may have been a special presentation copy to some one and possibly comes from the estate of Dudley R. Dobie in San Marcos, Texas. RARE LIKE THIS. COLLECTOR QUALITY.
