Edition unknown, circa 1950, 183 x 146 mm, 7¼ x 5¾ inches, cloth backed colour illustrated boards and endpapers, (32) pages. Coloured title illustration and 17 enchanting coloured illustrations, almost all full page. A Dutch folk tale. Name in ink in top margin of title page, otherwise near Fine in very good DUSTWRAPPER (dw: price clipped, slightly worn at head and tail of spine and corners, 5 mm (¼") hole on upper hinge, a couple of very small closed edge tears, lower cover slightly dusty).
