Soft cover. Condition: Near Fine. Scarce original trade catalogue for this important publisher, especially interesting for its Steinbeck items. 64 pages, plus a four-page sheet inserted in the middle (between pages 32 and 33 titled "Supplementary Fall Books" which includes one Steinbeck title, the dramatized version of Tortilla…Flat by Jack Kirkland, designated as appearing in December. Other Steinbeck material is on offer, too, notably the limited issue of the Red Pony and the dramatic version of Of Mice and Men. Steinbeck's backlist is also listed on p. 45. A useful bit of Steinbeck ephemera.
