Hardcover. Condition: Used; Good. This brilliant book is a must-read for the railway enthusiast! The true railway enthusiats has always been keenly alive to colour. Mention any part of the united kingdom and somewhere in their mental picture there will be a gleam of Midland red, Brighton yellow, Great Western green and so on. In these days of standard Rail Blue there is less variety, but the train and its environment can still combine to make memorable pictures. The views in this book are selected from among the many fine colour studies which have appeared in other Ian Allen publications. This book is the best that railway photography has to offer and is a great addition to any bookshelf.
