Contact seller4-star sellerFull Leather. Condition: Poor. Exterior very poor: worn and scuffed leather covers detached, leather over spine missing, two end pages detached. However, interior text block is nearly very good - binding is tight and pages only lightly tanned. Very readable. Story was a prominent Pennsylvania Quaker who traveled to various parts… of this country. This is a collection of conversations on doctrines of Christianity and Quakerism recorded during these travels. Smith II:639.

Contact seller5-star sellerHardcover. Condition: Good+. See photos for condition details. Hardcover, original binding. Brown cloth boards blind stamped with gilt to spine. Cloth is brittle and has chipping along edges and corners, rear exterior hinge is cracked and shows webbing on the outside. Small chip on front board near bottom left corner appears to…have been glued back in place. Previous owner's name and info stamped on the front pastedown and end page. Title page has embossed raised seal stating Lehigh County Historical Society. Because of this the book should be considered EX-LIBRARY, even though the title page embossing is the only indication. Page 23 and 69 had the corners folded over, which have been straightened out. Interior hinges are good, no interior hinge cracks noted, no torn or loose pages, binding is tight.
