Paperback. 296p., illustrated with numerous charts, tables, line maps and b&w photographs; 2nd (revised) edition of the 1975 first issue. Slightly edgeworn, textblock may develop cracks (it is that sort of bindery-work) but have none so far. First blank is inscribed and signed by (we believe) one of the contributors, if the given name is "Cliff", last name scrawled illegibly. A very good copy: sound (so far), cleanly and unmarked (other than by contributor).
