Single sheet. A superb copy of this large engraving from Britannia illustrata. Vol. III: or views of all the cathedrals and some of the chappels of Great Britain. Curiously engraven on 40 coper (sic) plates. These views are generally known as Kip, after Knyff, because he engraved most of the views for Britannia Illustrata, but f…ew of them actually bear Kip's name. These views of cathedrals are on offer elsewhere at £165 to £185. 60 x 51.5 cm.
