The pages are in good condition with a very few light scattered soil spots. There is a light crack in the binding in the middle of the book however there are no loose or missing pages. The back hinge is cracked. The cover has corner tip wear and a few small soil spots. The spine has some end tear on the top end plus a larger tear on the top end front edge. Volume IV (4) only.
