The book is issued without jacket and is in Very Good condition with straight spine, sharp corners and scuffed spine ends. The page edges are toned but the interior text block is clean once you get past the opening half a dozen pages, which are fox spotted in places. The book has 342 pages including index and preface. There is also a map and a page of black and white photos. The title page confirms the publication in 1912 and research indicates the first printing was 1910.
