Original publisher binding of quarter blue cloth and gray paper cove…red boards, titling and club logos in blue. Gene Sarazen won the 1932 Open Championship at Royal Cinque Ports (commonly known as Deal) and when the prevailing wind is up, a more demanding finishing four holes are difficult to find. Very clean copy without usual discoloration to the boards, possibly unread. Upper corner bumped, faint signs of bookplate removal, else an unmarked, bright copy. Laid in is a letter from the Secretary of Princes to an unnamed Club Secretary announcing the opening of the remodeled 27 holes and enclosing three Introduction cards should members wish to come and play.
