Having starting out as an importer of bitumen for road construction, the company became one of the most important manufacturers of all kinds of insulated cables for wiring. Perhaps their best known achievement though was the PLUTO (PipeLin…es Under The Ocean) project which was crucial to the success of the D-Day landings in WWII. This little catalogue contains detailed illustrations of their patented junction box system (considerably clearer than the Patent Office submission).
