Head and heel of spine are heavily rubbed with lighter rubbing on the rest of the sp…ine, one small gouge in the middle of the spine, front hinge cracked, former owner's gift inscription (book was given as a school prize) with name and date of school on fep, else pristine, unmarked, square and clean. GOOD. B&W engravings. 8vo 8" - 9" tall. 290 pp. Illustrated by J. Sturt (illustrator).
