Marbled boards with ornate deep yellow design, maroon hinges, spine & corenrs with very orante scrolling gilt design,sone fading to colour of spine, gilt titles. Wear to spine-ends with small creases/splits, light wear with tiny frays to corners, first few pages/title page feel a little loose as binding pulled at this point, remaider feels in order. Decorated end-papers, gilt to all page-edges. Text is very clean. A very attractive little volume. Undated - looks about 1890.
