Lengthy, personal inscription to Revered Donald G. Colley, written in black ink on ffep. Single typed leaf on bright blue paper laid in, with a brief summary of the author's beliefs. Text block either printed directly from a computer or photocopied from print-outs, with file source code, document date and time included in the header of each page (dates ranging from 1989-1991).

Inscribed in black ink on front paste down to Revered Donald G. Colley, with address sticker below. Handwritten pencil note from Colley to the author, written on lined yellow paper, folded and laid in at front. Note is friendly and affectionate, praising the author's writing.
