Lightly scuffed, soiled covers; faint owner's name in ink at front cover top edge; tightly bound; owner name and inscription on front free end paper; title page and one prelim and one interior page have been colored with water color, otherwise clean interior. Per author's father (Guy Maier), this book was created by his sons (7 + 8 years old). It is their uncolored art work along with songs and music for piano. Oblong 4to (9.25 x 12.5 inch), 45 pp.
