Scott #1312. Wear to envelope. Sunning to envelope. Wear to top edging and corners of envelope. Wear and scratching to back of envelope. Small scratch to front of envelope. Stamp has a cancellation from Miami Beach, Florida. The stamp is red, white and blue and represents two hands in a conflict. The stamp reads:"The rights of the people shall not be violated" There is an address on the front of the envelope in blue ballpoint and the flap of the envelope has been folded inside. To keep the envelope's shape, an index card is inside the envelope.
