Hardcover. Condition: Fair. Edition orné de 157 gravures dessiné et gravé par dizaines MM; nombreuses en pleine page et page double. Rebound in plain hardcovers with original paper covers and table. Boards heavily rubbed and missing spine panel. Interior text has first six pages with tear(s) in margins not affecting text or illustrations (see photos). Light yellowing throughout. Much like newsprint, there are smudges and soiling (one page with actual finger prints, others with random smears in the margins) which have not lessened the clarity and quality of the gravures many if not all are still suitable for framing.
