Condition: Good. 1963. New Edition. 170 pages. No dust jacket. Green cloth. Colour illustrated plates throughout with black and white photographic plates to centre of book. Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning.

Mild crushing to spine ends. Book has a slight forward lean. Gilt lettering is bright and clear. Clipped jacket has moderate edge-wear with chips, tears and creasing. Writing to front flap.

Tears with paper loss and scuffing on jacket which has a faded and rubbed spine and half an inch of paper loss at the top of the spine. Ownership label inside.
