Contact seller5-star sellerTrade Paperback. Condition: Good. 102 Pages. A used book showing some wear but reasonably tight, complete, and free of marks. Biographical note by W. McNaught. In 1800 the composer was thirty years of age, and the only other orchestral works he had written were two piano concertos, in C, op. 15, and in B flat, op. 19. His output had otherwise consisted entirely of chamber music and pianoforte sonatas. In spite of this, his handling of the orchestra shows no signs of uncertainty and is thoroughly expert and effective.…
