Wright, dresser at Empire Theatre, Sheffield, [1930-38], other autographs include Ame…rican jazz pianist and entertainer Fats Waller in green ink, 'Best Wishes, Thomas "Fats" Waller', plus approximately 50 other pen and pencil autographs of entertainers of the day including Charlie Kunz, George Formby, Pearl Brown, Betty Kent, Marie Burke, Vera Lynn, Henry Hall, Roy Fox, Denny Dennis, Florence Desmond, Billy Bennett, Big Bill Campbell, Max Jaffa, Evelyn Dall, Beryl Orde, Leslie Holmes, Juggler Boy Foy, Jimmy James, Donald Herbert, Kitty Masters, bandleader Billy Cotton, Ethel Revnell, Gracie West, Peggy Cochrane, Albert Whelen, Derek Oldham, Les Allen, Max Bacon, Reginald Frost, Tommy Handley, Gaston and Andre, Arthur Price, etc., mostly one to a page and occasionally back to back, contemporary limp morocco, Book is in very good++ and very bright.
