He was known for his grating style and antics such as waving a pistol at the audience. He wrote the poem "More Noise Please" and recorded on Sub-Pop records, opening for bands such as Big Black, Soundgarden, U-Men and Nirvana. He took his life in 1991 and will be fondly remembered.
