No Binding. Condition: Near Fine. Portrait has neat white lines around it has superimposted by the newspaper editors. Photo is 14 x 19 cm. On the reverse is a lengthy description on a typed label explaining how Churchill had chosen the artist himself after the Graham Sutherland debacle, a portrait which he did not like. The title given to the description is " The New Churchill Portrait". Underneath the label is the original newspaper caption and the press agency stamp.
