Paperback. Condition: Good. No Jacket. Some scuffing to outer corners of cover, but otherwise a good clean tight copy, with no creasing to the spine, of this soft-cover book. A collection of around two-hundred letters sent to men working for the Hudson's Bay Company between 1830 and 1857 but never delivered as the men had left the service, died or moved on. These letters were kept in company archives in London and later moved to Winnipeg, and only released in the early 2000s. 497pp, 32 b&w illustrations (mostly of the original lettters). Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall.
