Hardcover. Condition: Good. Dust Jacket Condition: No Dust Jacket. Book is slightly cocked. Covers have a few water spots and are somewhat darkened. Rear cover has a tiny nick to the spine edge and a long lightened streak. Binding partially cracked preceding the first page of text. Pages have scattered very slight foxing. One pair of facing pages browned where a flower had been placed. ; Inscribed below the frontis portrait: "The Authors Compliments To F. W. Graham Esq. W Jackson Barry Age 80 years {Auckland July 25 - 99".
