Condition: Good. 1949. Reprinted, Revised & Enlarged. 158 pages. Red dust jacket over yellow cloth. Pages and binding are presentable with no major defects. Minor issues present such as mild cracking, inscriptions, inserts, light foxing, tanning and thumb marking. Boards have mild shelf wear with light rubbing and corner bumping. Some light marking and sunning. Unclipped jacket has light edge wear with minor tears and chipping. Mild rubbing and marking.

Hardcover. Condition: Very Good. Dust Jacket Condition: Good. 158pp. Red cloth-covered boards; gilt titles on spine. 12mo. Rubbed corners and spine ends. Text block edges starting to tan. Two previous owner's name (one stamp) on front free endpaper. Internally neat, clean, bright and tight. Dust jacket has 6cm closed tear at front joint, shelf wear, chipping to edges, mirrors book damage, not price clipped. The author conducted a survey of educated young school boys to try and determine how Christian the country really was at the height of the Second World War - with some surprising results. Preface by C.S. Lewis. This is the revised and enlarged edition.
