Single sheet, 16.3x27 cm, printed in blue ink on both sides, folded to make six panels. 10 illustrations. The leaflet states that the AuSable Chasm Company has "just completed an elegant hotel. One of the finest in the whole northern section." The 120-room four-story Hotel AuSable Chasm, built in 1896, was destroyed by fire on 25 September 1950. It overlooked a major upstate New York tourist attraction, the AuSable Chasm, a dramatic sandstone gorge about two miles long often referred to as the "Little Grand Canyon of the East." Not in Cole (1976). Two tiny ink spots, a very good copy. (#167222).
