Hardcover in clamshell box issued without DJ. Black clamshell box with blind stamped titles to spine and front cover in near fine condition. The book itself wrapped in black tissue paper and bound in full soft black leather with titles blind stamped to spine and front cover with design of self portrait to front cover in excellent fine condition. Inside except for one fold out having a crease all pages and plates in fine condition.
