Condition: Very good condition. First edition. A view of this Sub-Antarctic island, so named by Capt Cook, who spent Chritmas Day there in 1776 with resident penguins. Cook's ships Resolution and Discovery are pictured at anchor. A member of the crew hunts penguins, who appear not to be afraid of him, and why would they be.
