The au…thor was a WWII vet and took a G.I. bill of rights tour of Europe, studying and working abroad. An inscribed vintage photo of him is laid in. In military uniform behind a desk, he has inscribed the photo: "To Tex: The 'beaucoup Gelt' cowboy. We had good times together in Berlin. Henry J. Ambers, 29 apr 46." The author has also signed the book's title page: "To Helen and Wesley with my best wishes from Henry J. Ambers.". Signed by Author(s).
