Hardcover. Condition: Very good. Octavo, landscape-oriented. Six spreads, each with pop-up and movable elements, follow Asterix, Obelix, and their dog, Dogmatix, as they explore Gaul and the Roman Empire. They scale the Alps, argue in the Forum, contemplate the Sphinx, and play rugby among the Britons. Bound in pictorial boards, lightly bumped and scratched. Figure(s) missing from first scene, creasing and stunted pop-up at fifth spread, Obelix missing from final spread. Good to very good.
